Based on your real-life cases and questions we focus on how to adress different types of personality adequately and how to handle conflict and resistance in meeting situations.
With the help of a professional actor jumping into different roles you will have opportunities to rehearse those demanding situations and to get tooltips and specific feedback.

Two questions to figure out your indvidual concerns for the training
A little mandatory prework
In order to spend our time in the group session with activities and rehearsals rather than with theory there is some mandatory prework required. So please have a look at the following videos in advance (including some entertaining bad and good practise clips with our actors). Your overall time invest will be approx. 30 minutes.
